Delivery Policy

• We deliver within 50km of our place between 11AM-3PM on Monday to Sunday.We cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for your order. 

• Please provide detailed information of the recipient on the checkout page to prevent any problems.

• Our delivery staffs will not wait for too long during delivery and will leave the cake in a safe place if you make any mistake because of our tight schedule.

• We cannot offer re-delivery, all orders will be delivered to the original address that was placed from the site.  

• We will be contacting the recipient before we reach their address via text message. We will also include instructions on how to handle the cake properly to prevent any mishandling which could ruin the cakes.

• We do not take responsibility for orders left unattended or mishandled cakes.

• There might be a $20 admin fee for updating address or changing from delivery to pickup within 24 hours of delivery.  Within this period we would have already arranged the delivery schedule for our drivers. Any changes could reduce or add to their hours and it is just fair to compensate them as we value their hard work.
