Q: Where are you located?
A: We’re located at 298 Huntingdale Road, Huntingdale VIC 3166 in South East Melbourne.
Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We’re open 7 days a week, 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Q: Do you offer cake delivery in Melbourne?
A: Yes! We offer cake delivery across Melbourne (within our delivery radius). Delivery is available 7 days a week, scheduled within our delivery routes.
Q: Do you offer same-day cake delivery?
A: Same-day delivery may be available depending on our baking and driver schedule. Please check our website availability or contact us to confirm.
Q: Can I pick up my cake instead of delivery?
A: Yes — you can choose pickup from our Huntingdale store at checkout.
Q: Do you accept custom cake orders?
A: Yes. We offer simple custom buttercream cakes (colour + message personalisation). Please DM us on Instagram or email order@angelasbakery.com.au for details and lead times.
Q: What types of cakes do you sell?
A: We make a range of celebration cakes including buttercream cakes, signature designs, and seasonal specials. Our menu is updated regularly — please check the cake listings on our website for current flavours and designs.
Q: Do you cater to special dietary requirements (vegan/gluten-free/nut-free)?
A: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, or nut-free cakes. Please refer to the dietary notes in each product description before ordering.
Q: Do your products contain allergens?
A: Some products may contain or be prepared in an environment with common allergens (e.g. milk, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts). Ingredient and allergen notes are listed on each product page where available.
Q: How far do you deliver?
A: We deliver within 50km of our Huntingdale location, covering many Melbourne suburbs. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your address, please contact us.
Q: What time will my cake be delivered?
A: Our delivery window is 9:00am to 4:00pm. We can’t guarantee an exact time as deliveries are scheduled into driver routes to keep cakes safe and fresh.
Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
A: Yes — please email order@angelasbakery.com.au with your order number as soon as possible. Changes are only possible before baking begins, and must be requested at least 24 hours before your pickup/delivery date.
Q: Can I change my delivery address?
A: If you need to update your address, email us ASAP with your order number. Address changes within 24 hours of delivery may incur a small admin fee, as delivery routes are already scheduled.
Q: What if I need to cancel my order?
A: No problem — email order@angelasbakery.com.au with your order number and we’ll help you. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pickup/delivery, as cakes may already be in production.
Q: How should I store my cake?
A: Storage depends on the cake type. As a general guide, keep cakes cool and out of direct sunlight. For best results, refrigerate if advised and allow the cake to come slightly to room temperature before serving.
Q: Do you offer cakes for birthdays and special occasions?
A: Yes! Our cakes are popular for birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, engagement parties, and corporate events. You can order online for pickup or Melbourne cake delivery.
