Please note that our Pandan Ondeh comes in 3 layers.
This cake is deconstructed version of Ondeh-Ondeh / Klepon from Southeast Asian , glutinous rice balls that filled with palm sugar and coated with coconut.
A soft lightly cloudy airy pandan chiffon cake covered with vanilla chantilly and desiccated coconut topped with slow cooked coconut gula aren/palm sugar.
All the cakes from me will be freshly baked on the actual delivery / pickup day.
There are no preservatives or chemicals added, so it is best consumed within 3 days and keep refrigerated in a container at all time.
Contains : eggs, gluten and dairy.

Whenever I walked in to buy take away for Pandan Ondeh (1 serve), it always tasted sooo good and could not fault anything. However, this time when I ordered the 6-inch one for Mother's Day, there were too little pandan sponge (on the contrary, the cake got way too much cream on the body part of the cake) and the cake tasted a bit too sweet than usual. Unfortunately, we all did not enjoy it this time to be really honest.
Very delicious, so light but very flavourful. I will certainly buy this again. Yum!
Loved the pandas ondeh had it for a gender reveal and all everybody talked about was the cake
