Please note that our Pandan Ondeh comes in 3 layers.
This cake is deconstructed version of Ondeh-Ondeh / Klepon from Southeast Asian , glutinous rice balls that filled with palm sugar and coated with coconut.
A soft lightly cloudy airy pandan chiffon cake covered with vanilla chantilly and desiccated coconut topped with slow cooked coconut gula aren/palm sugar.
All the cakes from me will be freshly baked on the actual delivery / pickup day.
There are no preservatives or chemicals added, so it is best consumed within 3 days and keep refrigerated in a container at all time.
Contains : eggs, gluten and dairy.

We ordered the Pandan Odeh 8in cake for a birthday, everyone gave the ultimate asian compliment “Wow - not too sweet!”. Needless to say everything was finished in a flash. The layers of cream, toasted coconut - all packed with deliciousness, cake was such a divine! Would definitely re-order for our future celebrations. Thanks Angela’s Bakery!
