Please note that our Pandan Ondeh comes in 3 layers.
This cake is deconstructed version of Ondeh-Ondeh / Klepon from Southeast Asian , glutinous rice balls that filled with palm sugar and coated with coconut.
A soft lightly cloudy airy pandan chiffon cake covered with vanilla chantilly and desiccated coconut topped with slow cooked coconut gula aren/palm sugar.
All the cakes from me will be freshly baked on the actual delivery / pickup day.
There are no preservatives or chemicals added, so it is best consumed within 3 days and keep refrigerated in a container at all time.
Contains : eggs, gluten and dairy.

Really yummy cake, not to sweet. Everyone really liked it!
It’s my second time ordering the pandan ondeh cake. Our family like the familiar pandan cake taste coupled with gula melaka and coconut. Just the right sweetness level. Won’t hesitate to come back for more

The pandan flavour of the cake was great and the combination with the coconut was so yummy. Was a little surprised at how big the cake was! Totally could've gone for a smaller size, as it is so tall. A little on the pricey side, but I appreciate that it is a lot of effort to make everything from scratch, and would definitely pay for that :)
Pandan Ondeh will always be a classic favourite. The lightness of the cake combined with wonderful exotic flavours of pandan and coconut in gula melaka have elevated the simple taste to one of splendour.
