This cake is absolutely incredible !! It’s light, moist, and perfectly balanced — not too sweet, just pure indulgence. The dark chocolate chiffon literally melts in your mouth, and every bite feels luxurious.

The layers are amazing: the glossy chocolate ganache is rich and silky, the toasted knafeh adds the most delightful crunch, and the homemade pistachio jam gives a unique nutty flavor that ties it all together.
