Our Chocolate Dubai Cake is an exquisite masterpiece. At the heart of this masterpiece is a dark chocolate chiffon cake, light yet deeply chocolatey, providing a perfect melt-in-your-mouth texture.
The cake is complemented by a silky, dark chocolate ganache creating an irresistible gloss that brings the rich flavors together, filled with buttery toasted knafeh.
The knafeh adds a unique, slightly crisp, and buttery contrast to the cake’s softness, creating a delightful texture that’s simply unforgettable. Mixed in with homemade pistachios jam, this layer introduces a nutty, earthy richness that balances the sweetness of the ganache, bringing an authentic touch of Arabian luxury to the cake.
This Chocolate Dubai Cake is a celebration of deep, indulgent flavors, blending the best of traditional Middle Eastern sweetness with the rich depth of dark chocolate.
All the cakes from me will be freshly baked on the actual delivery / pickup day.
There are no preservatives or chemicals added, so it is best consumed within 5 days and keep refrigerated in a container at all time.

I was expecting the cake to be a little richer, with a stronger pistachio flavour. Unfortunately, it tasted quite plain, and the cake itself was a little dry. The chocolate flavour also wasn’t as pronounced as I had hoped.
I know that “it’s not too sweet” is often considered a compliment for desserts, but in this case, I felt the cake was lacking a bit of flavour and richness overall. I think a stronger pistachio and chocolate profile, along with a moister texture, would really elevate it.

I ordered this cake for the kunafa, and it did not disappoint. The crunchy pistachio pastry added great texture, and the cake was not overly sweet, making it perfect for Asian tastes. Overall, it's delicious and well-balanced. I’ll definitely try other cakes next time!
