Our homemade Earl Grey Cake is a delicate treat that combines the comforting, aromatic flavour of Earl Grey Tea with the refreshing citrusy twist of yuzu.
The chiffon cake itself is soft and light, infused with the fragrant notes of Earl Grey, providing a subtle yet rich flavour with each bite.
Paired with it is a velvety homemade yuzu curd, offering a perfect balance of tartness and sweetness, adding a bright contrast to the tea-infused cake.
The entire creation is beautifully covered in a smooth earl grey-infused cream, adding an extra layer of depth and luxury to each mouthful.
The infusion of tea throughout the layers and cream creates a harmonious blend of flavours, while the zesty yuzu curd cuts through the richness, ensuring every bite is a perfect balance of floral, citrus, and creamy notes.
This cake is an elegant and sophisticated dessert, perfect for tea lovers and anyone looking to indulge in a unique, homemade treat.

The Earl Grey and yuzu combination was beautifully balanced. Light, fragrant, and not too sweet, letting the flavours shine. A refreshing and elegant cake.
The cake was nice and fluffy. Not too sweet which was perfect and a had nice and distinct taste of the flavours
Just soso. Quite plain. Don’t really like its texture
Such a lovely cake, light and not too sweet. Received a lot of compliments. Will definitely go back when I need to order cake.
Very disappointed. I waited at the counter while staff served multiple people and delivery drivers who arrived after me. Apparently, pre-order customers are the lowest priority here.
The biggest shock was the $5.99 birthday topper. It was literally a tiny scrap of paper on a toothpick—not chocolate, not even nice calligraphy on the cake. $6 for a piece of paper the size of a fingernail is a joke. Save your money and buy a card elsewhere. Poor service and zero value for money.
