Our Matcha Yuzu Cake features layers of moist and light matcha chiffon, perfectly balanced with luscious yuzu curd. Each bite provides a symphony of flavors, where the subtle bitterness of the tea complements the tangy sweetness of yuzu, creating a dessert that is as refreshing as it is satisfying.
All the cakes from me will be freshly baked on the actual delivery / pickup day.
There are no preservatives or chemicals added, so it is best consumed within 3 days and keep refrigerated in a container at all time.

Matcha flavours are a bit strong and masks the yuzu flavour. I’ve had similar flavours elsewhere and it’s usually a nicer balance.
Also in store it’s annoyingly chaotic, there’s always a line in which it never moves, staff seem a little stressed with other activities.

The matcha and yuzu tastes are both very distinct and the cake itself is not too sweet and not heavy to eat as well.
