This cake was so delicious I don’t have the words to describe it. The matcha flavour was rich and authentic, paired perfectly with layers of cream and soft sponge, with the added perfection of Dubai chocolate crisp layers.
Your cake has won the highest award in my (Asian) family, "Not too sweet and give me another one!” :)
The cream on the edge of the cake was smudged when the staff showed me the cake. Since it was a present for my friend, I asked for it to be fixed. The cake was sent back to the kitchen, and we returned after 1.5 hours to pick it up. Apart from that, my friend said it was delicious. However, I believe the staff should check the product carefully before handing it to customers.
