Inspired from our latest best seller Dubai Chocolate cake, our version of Matcha Dubai Cake is another top notch creation.
Layers of soft matcha chiffon cake, topped with buttery crunchy kataifi mixed with house-made roasted pistachios jam, finished off with highest quality smooth silky Uji Matcha ganache and airy vanilla chantily.
All the cakes from me will be freshly baked on the actual delivery / pickup day.
There are no preservatives or chemicals added, so it is best consumed within 3 days and keep refrigerated in a container at all time.
Contains : egg, gluten, dairy and nuts.

God damn ,this is so good!. Matcha isnt too bitter. And the cake itself is so fluffy. And then there is this crunchy sweet thing inbetwwen the layer ( i think its the dubai chocolate)...soooo yum!!!
