All the cakes from me will be freshly baked on the actual delivery / pickup day.
There are no preservatives or chemicals added, so it is best consumed within 3 days and keep refrigerated in a container at all time.

Beautiful cake, not too sweet or heavy. The strawberries were paired with a light, fluffy sponge and airy cream.
The cream is not oily, and the chiffon is light and fluffy! Not overly sweet and is just perfect. The best strawberry shortcake in Melbourne!!
