I enjoy earl grey tea, especially the one from T2, its fragrant enhances my chiffon beautifully.  Its light, fluffy and smells heavenly. 

Lightly sweeten vanilla chantilly gives the perfect combo to it, the crumbs from Regal Milk Biscuits adds extra crunch that melts in your mouth.

All the cakes from me will be freshly baked on the actual delivery / pickup day.  

There are no preservatives or chemicals added, so it is best consumed within 5 days and keep refrigerated in a container at all time.

Contains : eggs,  gluten and dairy.

A family favourite!

This cake is our current favourite. Very light and fluffy, the fragrant and taste of Earl Grey are just right. It is not a heavy cake as it is made with fresh cream instead of butter cream etc. It was perfect for our breakfast birthday celebration. All gone in a day!

Tea lovers favourite

I love earl grey tea so what a better way to enjoy the tea with an earl grey cake! For me this is such a unique tea flavour in a cake and the cream is so good! I really really love this cake.
