3 layers of japanese chiffon cake, filled with generous amount of lychee and homemade strawberry jam, covered with vanilla chantilly.
Its such beautiful cake, light and refreshing to the palate.
All the cakes from me will be freshly baked on the actual delivery / pickup day.
There are no preservatives or chemicals added, so it is best consumed within 3 days and keep refrigerated in a container at all time.
One size 6” (6-8 servings).
Contains : eggs, gluten and dairy.

I find this cake with much more cream and less chiffon layers. The taste of strawberry and lychee is only subtle so I think I will stick with the Dubai chocolate cakes next time.
The cake was not overly sweet, which was quite pleasant. The delivery was prompt and efficient. I would consider purchasing it again.
Beautiful cake! I’m not a fan of lychee but this flavour was delicious and well balanced.
Perfectly balanced cake and flavour profile. Not too sweet just the way we prefer it. The chiffon was nice but wished its a bit more moist. Felt slightly dry, butthis is me trying to nit pick. Overall 9/10.
Yummmm!!!! Fluffy cake and beautiful filling. Not as good as Matcha Dubai, but still yummy.
