3 layers of japanese chiffon cake, filled with generous amount of lychee and homemade strawberry jam, covered with vanilla chantilly.
Its such beautiful cake, light and refreshing to the palate.
All the cakes from me will be freshly baked on the actual delivery / pickup day.
There are no preservatives or chemicals added, so it is best consumed within 3 days and keep refrigerated in a container at all time.
One size 6” (6-8 servings).

Light n fluffy ! Not too sweet! Can easily eat 1/4 of the cake
Got lots of compliments, the cake has the nice ‘not too sweet’ asian sweetness 😋, but the buttercream leaves greasy aftertaste at the back of the throat.. eating a whole slice with hot tea leaves unpleasant feeling at the back of throat. Would it be possible to change this without compromising on your cost and quality?
