3 layers of japanese chiffon cake, filled with generous amount of lychee and homemade strawberry jam, covered with vanilla chantilly.
Its such beautiful cake, light and refreshing to the palate.
All the cakes from me will be freshly baked on the actual delivery / pickup day.
There are no preservatives or chemicals added, so it is best consumed within 3 days and keep refrigerated in a container at all time.
One size 6” (6-8 servings).
Contains : eggs, gluten and dairy.

Usually not a fan of cream on cakes but the lychee cream on this cake was amazing! Not too sweet which was a huge plus for my parents (not so much for the kids), but they still ate it up
We ordered an 8" Strawberry Lychee Cake for our grandson's Full Moon.
